A Bill to Amend "A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping"

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:


PREAMBLE: Following the release of busses to the Department of Transportation, multiple debates have been sparked asking whether that bus drivers not letting passengers off where they want to get off is kidnapping or not. This amendment’s purpose is to end it once and for all.

SECTION 1: Title, Effective Date, and Enforcement

A) This bill shall be known as "An Bill to Amend “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping””.

B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.

C) Law Enforcement Agencies and the Legislative Branch shall enforce this bill.

SECTION 2: Definitions

A) Hereinafter “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping” shall be defined as; A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping .pdf - Google Drive

B) Hereinafter, “Firestone Department of Transportation” shall be defined as;

SECTION 3: Amendments

A) Section 2B.1 shall be added to “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping”.

B) Section 2B.1 shall state:

Should an individual intentionally, without outside force, enter a bus to go from a bus station to another, said bus driver shall not be charged with kidnapping.

C) Section 2B.2 shall be added to “A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping”.

D) Section 2B.2 shall state:

Should the said bus driver intentionally, without a plausible reason and with one or more passengers onboard, divert from the bus route set forth by the Firestone Department of Transportation, and/or not stop at the bus stops in order to let the passengers out, said bus driver shall be charged with kidnapping.
