A Bill to Amend A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts shall be amended.
SECTION 2: A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts shall be defined as; A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts.pdf - Google Drive
SECTION 3: Section 2A of A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts currently states; Drift burnouts shall be defined as: The act of drifting on the road(s) while doing a burnout; causes smoke to evolve which can block the view of other drivers passing by.
SECTION 3A: Section 2A shall now state; Drift burnouts shall be defined as: The act of drifting on road(s) and/or land while doing a burnout; causes smoke to evolve which can block the view of other drivers passing by.
SECTION 4: Section 2B of A Bill to Recognize Drift Burnouts currently states; Doing drift burnouts on the roads considered either as public or private property shall result in:
Section 2B.1: Violation One: (Warning)
Section 2B.2: Violation Two: ($50 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.3: Violation Three: ($100 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.4: Violation Four: ($150 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.5: Violation Five: ($200 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.6: Five Violations or More: ($300 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
SECTION 4A: Section 2B shall now state; Doing drift burnouts on any Public property or on private property without the approval from the owner of said property shall result in:
Section 2B.1: Violation One: (Warning)
Section 2B.2: Violation Two: ($50 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.3: Violation Three: ($100 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.4: Violation Four: ($150 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.5: Violation Five: ($200 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
Section 2B.6: Five Violations or More: ($300 Citation; misdemeanor charge).
SECTION 5: Upon passage from both chambers of congress and signed by Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
