A Bill to Amend A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws” shall be amended.
SECTION 2: “A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws” shall be defined as A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws
SECTION 3: Section 2 of “A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws” currently states; “Vehicular Assault” be defined as the striking of a: pedestrian, other vehicle, and/or building while manually operating a car and/or bike.”
SECTION 4: Section 2 of “A Bill to Establish Vehicular Assault Laws” shall now state; “"Vehicular Assault” shall be defined as the striking of a: pedestrian, other vehicle, and or building while manually operating a car or bike in a reckless manner while violating traffic laws in the process or otherwise with the intent of doing so.”
SECTION 5: Upon passage from both chambers of congress, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
