A Bill to Amend A Bill to Establish to Road Laws (Re-vised)

SECTION 1: “A Bill to Establish to Road Laws (Re-vised)” shall be amended.

SECTION 2: SECTION 5A of “A Bill to Establish to Road Laws (Re-vised)” shall be revised to state: ‘Reckless Driving’ is defined as an operator of a motor vehicle/bicycle intentionally disregarding traffic laws and shall be known as a valid charge and recognized as a misdemeanor. Violator will be fined one-hundred twenty-five (125) dollars upon first offense. Violator will be fined one-hundred fifty (150) upon the second offense, however the officer can arrest the offender if they see fit between 100-250 seconds based upon arresting officer’s choice. Violator will be arrested on their third offense, between 300-500 seconds based upon arresting officer’s choice. Upon successful conviction of ‘Reckless Driving’ in a trial, the individual whom was convicted, shall be sentenced no longer than 3 hours.

SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by Governor.

SECTION 4: This legislation will take full effect immediately after passage.
