A Bill to Amend A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: This bill defines crowbars as a “deadly weapon”

SECTION 1: Title and Effective Date and Enforcement

A) This bill shall be known as "A Bill to Amend A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon”.

B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.

C) Law Enforcement Agencies shall enforce this bill.

SECTION 2: Definitions

A) Hereinafter, the “Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon” shall be defined as; A Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon

SECTION 3: Amendments

A) Section 1C of the Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon currently states;

Section 1C: Deadly weapons can be, but are not limited to; firearms, bats, vehicles, hammers, and similar things.

B) Section 1C of the Bill to Define Assault with a Deadly Weapon shall be amended to state;

Section 1C: Deadly weapons can be, but are not limited to; firearms, bats, vehicles, hammers, crowbars and similar things.
