A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Add More Crimes (Revised)”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Section 2A of “A Bill to Add More Crimes (Revised)” Shall be amended
SECTION 2: “A Bill to Add More Crimes (Revised)" Shall be define by this legislation A Bill to Add More Crimes (Revised)
SECTION 2A: Section 2A Shall now state: Bribery shall be defined as: Successfully accepting offerings of anything of value in exchange for unethical or unlawful influence on government/public officials; or an attempt thereof. (Shall be considered as a Felony).
SECTION 2B: Section 2A.1 Shall be established.
SECTION 2C: Section 2A.1 Shall state: “Attempt Bribery shall be defined as: An unsuccessful attempt to accept offer, or acceptance of anything of value in exchange for unethical or unlawful influence on a government/public official or employee. (Shall be considered as a Misendersor).
SECTION 3: Attempt Bribery Shall be punishable by 300 Second of jail administered by LEOs. Bribery Shall be punishable by 1 hour to 3 Hours of jail administered by a Court Justice judge depending on the severity.
SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of the State of Firestone Congress, and being signed into law by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
