A Bill to Amend “A Bill for Secondary Jobs”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: An Amendment to a Bill for Secondary Jobs shall hereby be declared null and void.

SECTION 2: An Amendment to a Bill for Secondary Jobs “SECTION 2” currently states:
Section 2A in “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” shall now read:
“All positions within the following departments, and governments excluding the exceptions
mentioned, shall be considered a ‘secondary’ job:
i. Department of Health
ii. Department of Transportation
iii. Department of Public Works
iv. Department of Aviation
v. Department of Commerce
vi. Department of Corrections (except: Warden)
vii.The Stapleton County Government (except: County Executive)
viii. Department of Public Safety (except: Secretary)
ix. Any other department or position regarded as a “secondary” job as set by the
state legislature”

SECTION 3: An Amendment to a Bill for Secondary Jobs “SECTION 2” shall now state:
Section 2A in “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” shall now read:

SECTION 4:
A Bill for Secondary Jobs shall be defined as

SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 6: The Governor of Firestone shall enforce this legislation.
