To accommodate the Department of Homeland Security within the Firestone Criminal Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
(a) This bill shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Accommodate Homeland Security”.
§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Bill shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) The ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ or ‘FCC’ shall be defined as: Firestone Criminal Code
§6. Amendments
(a) FFC Chapter 2, Section 12, subsection (a2) currently states:
“Exceptions to this clause are present when an on-duty law enforcement officer has reasonable suspicion and is conducting an investigation or on-duty Firestone State Patrol Executive Security Unit is actively protecting/monitoring a government official”
(a1) FFC Chapter 2, Section 12, subsection (a2) shall be amended to state:
“Exceptions to this clause are present when an on-duty law enforcement officer has reasonable suspicion and is conducting an investigation or on-duty Firestone Department of Homeland Security Secret Service is actively protecting/monitoring a government official”
