BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Bill to Use Handicap Spaces Section4 Currently States:
If one does not posses a valid permit identified by a special handicap plate on the rear of the vehicle, and is parked into a handicap space, they can be fined up to $250 by an on-duty Law Enforcement Officer.

SECTION 1B: The Bill to Use Handicap Spaces Section4 Shall now state:
If one does not posses a valid permit identified by a special handicap plate on the rear of the vehicle, and is parked into a handicap space, they can be fined up to $150 by a on-duty law enforcement officer.

SECTION 2:
A Bill to Use Handicap Spaces shall be defined as

SECTION 3:
Firestone Department of Transportation shall be defined as

SECTION 4:
Handicap permit shall be defined as

Section 5. This legislation shall go into effect immediately.

Section 6. All laws in conflict with this legislation shall be declared null and void.

Section 7. The Governor of Firestone shall enforce this legislation.
