As for this, please note that the only education that LEOs receive regarding Courts, to my knowledge, is a single POST tier. I can remember my Tier 2 – it was hosted by Danielkaza, and it was quite frankly rushed and unprofessional. I can barely recall anything insightful from that tier. While I do know how the courts work due to my relationships with many personalities in the judicial branch, please do understand that POST education can be quite shit at times, and it’s not necessarily best to assume that Tier 2 – especially Tier 2, where barely anything interesting happens – would be ingrained into everyone’s memory.

POST hasn’t taught me anything about the courts. That hasn’t changed thus far, though Danny did say that he was going to help change that.

I do read what you guys write before I respond.
As for my comments regarding POST, I was commenting on POST at the moment; I’m not sure about what Danny’s got in store, but at the moment I cannot wholeheartedly say that you can completely trust POST’s education regarding the matter. This will likely change with Danny’s help, hopefully, but for the moment, it’s not necessarily the best.

The fact that you resort to calling me out on the words I use in my replies lets me know that you are just gonna be one of those people who keeps the same opinion no matter what compelling argument the other side has. Although there is nothing in particularly wrong with that, (depending on your perspective I might be doing it) I dont see the point in given you valid reasons if you are just going to repeat the same argument. Also I am getting quite annoyed so goodbye.

I merely called your words out because they were getting quite annoying – compelling arguments need not cuss. I understand your argument, and I agree to some extent. However, I’m not quite sold on those ideas, so I’d like to stick to mine.

I’m also going to go because it’s 1:30am, and quite frankly I’d rather sleep.

I hope that someone in the DoJ would at least try to follow up on these ideas, but I’d leave that to them. Whatever happens isn’t going to make any difference to the Warrior case anyway, though I’d like to believe that it would help future cases.

In any case, it’s been a pleasure debating this issue.

We’re talking about the Undersheriff of a department, that position is more important than a Deputy position.

So yes, if it was a regular Deputy, nobody would care because It doesn’t take a year to become a Deputy.
