Well, the state government f’ed SCFD and SCSO by removing them. As, according to Supreme Court Justice Dannyboy, those agencies were defined under county law, and not state law.
So, this is what happens when you don’t know how to write a bill. The house reps acted too quickly to write the bill and now will suffer the consequences, with possible protests and strikes.
