Where is the Constitution

no longer pinned and when I search for it I see an outdated one, yet present-day legislation is clearly using a version I can’t find, can I get a link? who is hiding it in their mouth?

it essentially is, it’s the single centralized location of the constitution and is the agreed upon location to reflect the constitution by all of the government officials involved in some way in making the new version happen

it may not be officially legally binding, but it is an accurate reflection of the constitution and kept up by the people who are sworn to enforce the constitution (and an agreed third party). it’s legally binding in all but text

so tldr: its not legally binding in its most important responsibility

I think that although the Forums version is technically the legally official one, the Constitution’s trello is prima facie evidence of the law. It’s similar to how non-positive-law titles of US code are still prima facie evidence of the law even if they haven’t been enacted.

the BOR is a suggestion of rights and the constitution is a suggestion of the structure of Firestone. it’s not that important

(not legal advice issued in my official capacity as a legal practitioner)

The constitution isn’t important to know. The only law you need to know is the Patriot Act RAAHHH :eagle::eagle::eagle::eagle::eagle::eagle:
