Different applications/tools for different members in departments. For example, judges would have the ability to see some kind of ability to access their phone/other system or go to the courtroom to access a plethora of databases and fill out forms, etc. Just make Trello and other managing systems more integrated with the game. Honestly, if it gets far enough, Trello could be removed entirely and replaced with in-game databases and stuff.
Same thing goes for different ranks (Congress people, Governor (ability to contact DHS or something), etc.)

Add an app where you can customize the phone settings. Such as color and background.
Also for a job suggestion, it would be neat if you could implement an Uber system or something where a person can transfer money specifically using the Uber app after being transported. They would be able to request and Uber as well.
We need GPS UI, It can have a search bar and a voice guiding you.
I want to see a GUI for different departments, like for the lesser used departments like DPW or DOT.
