Continuing the discussion from A Bill to Propose the Stapleton County Crisis Clause:

“Stapleton County Sheriff’s Department” doesn’t exist. By that SCSO will get suspended in said Bill. Maybe fix that?

I debated this during the House session (it was a similar bill) about how the bill would have suspened SCFD and SCSO operations and impeach mack and tact. I didn’t let that bill pass house so you’re gucci.

and actually the bill states that it wouldn’t suspend SCSO/SCFD operations.

It said "Stapleton County Sheriff’s DEPARTMENT, so the bill would suspend SCSO. But as it’s nullified it’s no issue.

The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office would not have been suspended anyways because in the bill it states Stapleton County Sheriff Office. No such thing as the Stapleton County Sheriff Office.
