Veterans Act of 2022

To allow for honorably discharged veterans from the Firestone National Guard to have the ability to wear their uniforms.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “Veterans Act of 2022”.

§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions
(a) “An Amendment for Veterans” shall be defined as Trello .

(b) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as Trello
as established by the Criminal Code Revision Act.

§6. Repealments
(a) An Amendment for Veterans shall be repealed in its entirety and declared null and void.

§7. Impersonation
(a) Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:

"(a) The act of impersonation shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1) The act of impersonation shall be the act of establishing oneself as something that the person is not, in a blatantly negligent or malicious manner. Subjects shall only be penalized for impersonating persons employed within the Government of Firestone (law enforcement officials, government officials, public service employees, etc.)

(a2) Persons may also be subject to subsection a if they create or distribute any material under the name or entity of a person or organization that the person does not belong to, or otherwise have the legal authority to represent the subject in such material, with the intent of spreading potentially harmful falsehoods.

(b) Subjects shall also be subject to this article if they impersonate a person incarcerated within a state correctional facility- by wearing the outfit of an inmate or clothing that reasonably resembles the clothing of an inmate.”

(b) Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state:

(c) No honorably discharged veteran of the Firestone National Guard may be charged from this Section for (1) wearing their Class A or Class B uniform (2) any awards they received during active service. For this purpose of this Section, honorably discharged shall be defined as being listed under the Trello list named “Honorable Discharges” on the FNG | Administration Board."
