The Problem:
The traffic lights at the end of County BLVD at the corner of SCFD are not working correctly and the lights are out of sync. See the pictures below.
Expected Result:
The lights should be in sync and not allow the cross streets to go at the same time.
The lights facing each other should both be green, and the one in the middle should be red
Only the arrow is green here and the light right next to it should be green
