The Firestone Water Quality Protection Act

This bill will protect the waterways of Firestone.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “The Firestone Water Quality Assurance Act”

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as Trello

§6. Amendments

(a) Chapter 4 Section 25 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and titled “§25 - Water Quality Violation”

(b) Chapter 4 Section 25 shall state:

“(a) The act of Driving a Vehicle into Water shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1) The act of Driving a Vehicle into Water shall be the act of intentionally driving a motor vehicle, which is not a boat, into any body of water

(b) The act of Dumping Trash into Water shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(b1) The act of Dumping Trash into Water shall be the act of intentionally putting a trash can/trash bin into any body of water. “Trash can” and “trash bin” shall be defined as “a blue coloured bin used for holding and collecting trash”

(c) The act of Riding a Bicycle into Water shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(c1) The act of Riding a Bicycle into Water shall be the act of intentionally riding a bicycle into any body of water”

(c1) “Driving a Vehicle into Water” shall be a Misdemeanor Class A
(c2) “Dumping Trash into Water” shall be a Misdemeanor Class A
(c3) “Riding a Bicycle into Water” shall be a Misdemeanor Class B

(d1) Anyone charged with “Driving a Vehicle into Water” shall be sentenced to no more than 420 seconds in jail.
(d2) Anyone charged with “Dumping Trash into Water” shall be sentenced to no more than 420 seconds in jail OR $500 Firestone Dollars.
(d3) Anyone charged with “Riding a Bicycle into Water” shall be sentenced to no more than 180 seconds in jail OR $150 Firestone Dollars.
