I am pleased to announce that I will be opening applications for a position for City of Redwood Press Secretary. This is a SECONDARY position. Upon my selection of the best applicant, you’ll be nominated to the City Council, interviewed by the Council, and then confirmed by the Council. Once you are successfully confirmed, you are officially the Press Secretary for the City of Redwood.
Basic Duties:
- Drafting and publishing formal releases for the public on Redwood’s operations.
- Give Press Briefings at City Hall or Council Meetings.
- Answer questions from the Press or the Public on topics of concern.
Application Requirements:
- PDF or Google DOC format only.
- Include key points. (Why you are fit, what makes you better, experiences etc.)
