Bug: Heli will not take off

How to replicate: This is a consistent bug, this happens when the pilot leaves the seat after shutting down the helicopter, they are not able to take back off in the helicopter, but if they turn of the helicopter without leaving the seat, they are able to take back off in the helicopter.

Scope: This affects all rotorcraft within V2[FNG, FSP, FAA].

This has been an ongoing bug for years.

when this happens ASU pilots like to pull out a tool, i usually do a g23 and it fixes it, im not sure if any civilian tools do the same though (i tested it and i think it does)
