Section 1: This bill shall be regarded as the “Tailoring of Governmental Overreach Act” and shall immediately take effect upon becoming law.
Section 2: The Department of Boating and Waterways (‘DOBW’) shall have no jurisdiction over any governmental entity or group - municipal, state, or otherwise. They shall retain jurisdiction over all non governmental entities.
