SUBPOENA TO APPEAR IN A CRIMINAL CASE

  1. Hereinafter, iiHappyPers0n (“Subject”) shall be defined as https://www.roblox.com/users/1093347299/profile

  2. The subject, under Art.3, §6 of the Firestone Constitution, is hereby COMMANDED to produce their appearance as the defendant for State of Firestone v. iiHappyPers0n within this court before September 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  3. This court shall be conducting its proceeding through the official courts Discord (https://discord.gg/hKyBgv9)

  4. Failure to abide by this lawful subpoena shall result in an order of contempt against the subject and a judgment in favor of the state as required by constitutional law.
