§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “State of Mayflower/Clark County Sanction Act of 2024”
§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) The State of Mayflower shall be defined as: State οf Mayflowеr - Roblox
(b) The Mayflower National Guard shall be defined as: Mаyflοwеr National Guard - Roblox
(c) The State Sanctions Act shall be defined as The State Sanctions Act
§6. Sanctions
(a) WHEREAS, diplomatic sanctions pursuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be imposed on the State of Mayflower. The State of Firestone shall cease any diplomatic talks with the State of Mayflower, with the exception of possible peace talks or negotiations.
(b) WHEREAS, total economic sanctions pursuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be imposed on the State of Mayflower. Any and all Firestone businesses are ordered to cease operations with the State of Mayflower
(c) WHEREAS, should any members of the Mayflower National Guard or any other Mayflower entity land on Firestone soil, businesses are not permitted to participate in trade (selling goods, arms, food, etc) with such members. The Secretary of Commerce may enact any and all measures to prevent economic gains for the State of Mayflower while these sanctions are active.
(d) WHEREAS, employment sanctions pursuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be issued. No Firestone citizen may hold a position within the Mayflower National Guard as a Second Lieutenant or Above. These individuals will have 48 hours to vacate such positions, or else they are committing a crime, as stated in Chapter 6 §20 of the Firestone Criminal Code(Violating a Sanction). An exemption shall only be made at the discretion of the Governor of the State of Firestone.
§7. Nullification
(a) These sanctions shall be repealed upon a simple majority vote by both seats of Congress.
