On the loading screen (v3), I think that it would be a pretty cool idea to have a slideshow, while the game loads, of different places in the game where you go.
I got pretty bored watching the Courts building bounce back and forth on my screen while the game was loading. So to have multiple images of the places you can go in game cycle through would spice the loading screen up.
Also can you have images change depending on your departments, example: If your in SCFD, you see SCFD pictures, or if your in FSP, you see FSP pictures (also neutral ones, etc)

honestly, I feel like images on loading screens isn’t the best as it looks low quality/compressed for some individuals
instead, I’d suggest where the loading screen would show the latest updates & features that were added, tips line stating like “You’re able to use your phone to play music” and such idk
I think this is the best way to go, other games do it. It’d be a good way to use the blackscreen before the final image shows
