So I know this has been suggested, but I think semi-trucks would be cool for another civilian job. For example, civilians could drive semi-trucks and deliver to food shops and supply them with food as they now have food trucks. Plus, they would add a lot of commercial enforcement for departments like FSP or SCSO.
