A BILL
To criminalize Security Malpractice within the State of Firestone
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the “Security Malpractice Criminalization Act of 2022”.
SEC 2. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT
This act shall be enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers within the State of Firestone.
SEC 5. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, the Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as : Firestone Criminal Code | Trello
SEC 6. ENACTMENTS
(a) Chapter 4, §22 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and be titled “§22 - Security Malpractice”
(b) Chapter 4,§22 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be classed as a Class B Misdemeanor and result in 200 seconds in a state correctional facility.
(c) Chapter 4, §22 of the State of Firestone Criminal Code shall state
- “Engaging in duties particularly, and uniformly carried out by a Law Enforcement Officer whilst unauthorized to engage in such duties while representing any business designated by commerce as a Security Business.
- Someone representing a business designated by the Department of Commerce as a Security Business attempting to enforce the law on anyone who is committing a crime as prescribed by the Firestone Criminal Code, or any other violation of §5 - Impersonation shall be considered Security Malpractice.
