Scfd rig wibble wobble v2

The Problem:
scfd rigs are doing the wibble wobble when going straight again and i dont know if env sees what we tell him in scfd discord

Expected Result:
rigs dont wibble wobble (like after env fixed them)

Reproduction Steps:
get in and engine and drive it at speed, starts to wibble wobble (not all the time, seems to be a bit random and/or subtle at times)

lol. then there’s the times you get out of the rig, only for it take off down the road without a driver. and then you have the 2 SCFD trying to chase after it on foot.
