Mr. Clonemep (for himself) introduced the following bill:
A BILL
To create sanctions regarding the State of Ridgeway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the “Ridgeway Sanctions Act of 2022”.
SEC 2. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Act shall be enforced by all department heads, the Governor, the Department of Justice, Courts, and other Judicial Bodies in the State of Firestone.
SEC 5. DEFINITIONS

(b) For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ
(c) For the purposes of this Act, ‘Fairer Employment Act’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/fairer-employment-act/17505

SEC 6. REPEALMENTS
This Act makes no repealments.
SEC 7. AMENDMENTS
This Act makes no amendments.
SEC 8. EMPLOYMENT SANCTIONS
(a) No employed individual within the State of Firestone executive branch or a State of Firestone department shall be allowed to concurrently hold the rank of ’Department Leadership’ or higher within the State of Ridgeway. No employed individual within the State of Firestone executive branch or a State of Firestone department shall be allowed to concurrently hold the rank of within any of the State of Ridgeway Law Enforcement Departments.
(i) Department heads shall be required to terminate employment for all individuals in their department in conflict with this section.
(ii) The Governor of the State of Firestone shall ensure all department heads enforce this legislation.
SEC 10. EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS
(a) Section 4 subsection d and e of the Fairer Employment Act shall not apply if the individual was terminated due to being in violation of this act and subsequently forfeit their right to appeal the termination.
SEC 11. CRIMINAL PENALTIES
(a) Any individual who provides a service to the government of the State of Ridgeway shall be in violation of Chapter 6, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code.
