@DannyboyJurist It isn’t over until he gets POST cert revoked and a criminal record to ensure he cannot go back to abusing other citizens, I promised my client so and I will keep it, FSP firing is not enough.

Well we are still suing for abuse of his LEO tools but yeah he did bribe someone and got fired for it but we are going to keep pursuing this.

Also, oh yeah, follow the proper format. You filed the case as Criminal, and you should have read the part where it says
“If Civil, only answer questions 2-10. If Criminal, only answer questions 11-17.”
You answered questions 2-14… Not 11-17…
