Looking at 300+ trello cards is inconvenient and unnneccisary. Congress should be required to add their laws into a spreadsheet, either with the current MDT or with a new spreadsheet.

If abandonded, there would be no MDT

That’s stupid. If you’re that lazy, you don’t need anything to help you. If you can’t type something into a search bar you shouldn’t be in law enforcement.

In the trello, not everything is named how it is.
For example, if I want to find 1st degree murder and I do ctrl + f and look for murder, its not there
Why? Because its called “A bill to save the lives” not “a bill to define murder”
Thats why we need a congress supported MDT, to ensure that its easy to find laws.

Additionally, Congress does not have to support a MDT for it to actually be used.

However a small handful of laws are not in forums, and are in a google drive.

Adittionally, when searching for laws on the forums you are unaware if its nullified or not, and you would have to check that in the trello. And that brings the same problem that we had earlier.

I believe a codeified system is in the works, but dude there’s only like 50 some criminal offenses lol, and a third or more of them are in: “The Bill to Define More Crimes,” “The Bill to Save Lives,” and “The Bill to Add More Crimes.” I obviously don’t know every law by heart, but it only takes me like five minutes max to find something I need.

Many of those laws have been nullified so its not all 300+. You can not require Congress to do everything either. Soon you guys are going to want Congress to do your discharge reports.
