Think about it. Munis have their respective agencies for their cities. And if you just extend their jds till they all touch, the whole map has a JD. Matter of fact, remove FBI and give all munis the crime scene kits. PDP can have ASU and the FSP and SCSO and FBI members can get expedited apps to munis of choice

I agree. To add on, I believe we should remove:

FFA
SCFD
DOH
FBI
DOCM
Firestone Research & Development Team

To replace these useless liberal departments, we can introduce a DOT:SWAT, SCWS Development, FAA:ASU, and DPW:ESU to assist APD, RPD, and PDP. Let’s also save us all some time and blacklist every SCSO & FSP from serving as a future law enforcement.
