Reduce ATM Transfer Cooldown

Its ludicrously long when I’m trying to pay staff or awarding multiple people for events. Like, its more than 5 minutes long of just awkward staring at the ATM GUI .

Reduce it to 2 minutes or something generally more convenient PLEASE
