cause thats really stupid

that means anyone who gets killed as part of a SWAT, or any other regular police training was murdered and everyone there needs to be charged with murder, and/or aiding a felon or whatever the official terms are

its unfair and stupid to only claim laws apply at department training places when you’re mad at someone but it’s completely find if you’re just doing some training

we need to either make laws not apply outside of stapleton or make all weapons in training places not damage people, only mark that they’re hit. because otherwise it’s assault and murder.

Then one could argue laws wouldnt apply at the judicial center…

AKA Contempt of Court would be legal, evidence tampering, and possibly more!

Laws don’t apply if you’re gonna use it ONLY for training purposes. Other than that, they do apply.

dps said that it’s fine to do criminal acts if you state that it was a simulation

in this case, this wasn’t a simulation and a completely fucked up situation at the SWAT campus.

it’s allowed if it is for training purposes - if it’s abusive and you’re murdering people for fun, it is illegal
