Petition for the Removal of Justices IiIyy and MisterGermanAidan

As our justice system has gone through many changes and fixes, it is seen that we must keep our justice system filled with devoted members on the bench. Both lilyy and MisterGermanAidan, have proven to be inactive and failed to execute their duties as members of the District Court of Firestone.

This petition shall see that both justices be removed from office due to violating Section I, Section II, and Section IV of Article VI of the Firestone Constitution. Those sections include:

Section I:
“Prolonged inactivity shall not be tolerated, especially if the individual in question holds a governmental office. Prolonged inactivity without an inactivity notice, if committed by a government official, may result in an impeachment, expulsion, or otherwise removal if possible.”

Section II:
““Inactivity” refers to: not taking any action on ROBLOX for seven (7) days or more, not attending events or doing work related to the respective agency/department/branch, and/or not fulfilling the respective duties expected for the position in question; all herein forbidden without a proper inactivity notice being in place.”

Section IV:
“Government officials are obligated to keep inactivity of all circumstances at a low in order to discharge their duties effectively; excessive inactivity that clearly obstructs government processes, whether or not an inactivity notice is in place, is forbidden.”

Evidence of violating the Constitution are as follows:

Exhibit I:
Violating Section IV

Exhibit II:
Violating Section I and II

Exhibit III:
Violating Section I and II

Exhibit IV:
(http://prntscr.com/it1o7x and http://prntscr.com/it1nt9 (presuming both inactivity notices are his))
Violating Section IV

I hope that the People understand the severity of this on-going problem, please support. Thank you for your concern.

I think you all are stupid because MisterGerman is on Inactivity notice.

@Sir_Mr You are corrupt for even accepting MisterGerman’s impeachment…

Where’s the inactivity notice exactly?

No notices are public. Not our fault.

False @xKoytoPenguin I have reviewed the trello for FIrestone Courts and not one inactive leave is up so I have started the impeachment.

perhaps irrelevant now, but I wasn’t even aware that these two were Justices. I’d say an impeachment for inactivity is warranted.

Listen here everyone The first Inactivity noticed I put in I never went through with since I didn’t go on a trip for. I HAD STATE TESTING FOR 2 WEEKS. That was my Current Inactive Notice. Think about it wouldn’t you care about your real life when there is something important going on other than ROBLOX?

@MisterGermanAidan Sir_Mir doesn’t care obv, He even said to me he would come after me for violating the constitution, and after kept asking him for what article even, he never gave me an answer, and may I remind you this is After I called him out for corruption.

@DannyboyJurist Couldn’t the S.C. strike the impeachments down?

I mean, in theory. But it’s never been done before and I feel that’d be a dangerous overreach.

It may have never been done before cause the fact that at least impeachments in the past either

A. Had evidence and congress didnt care
B. Bias in congress and failed impeachments
C. other reasons in congress.

This is a kinda different case.

Unfortunately, the Constitution doesn’t cover extenuating circumstances. However, I can understand your situation.

You were the only person to use profanity and go out of context. I suggest you learn how to speak your mind without making yourself look dumb as hell.

Anyways, have a look at how long that inactivity notice was in effect.
