Petition for Congress to re-introduce RMA Legislation

RMA - Refusal of Medical Assistance

For sake of the Stapleton County Fire Department, they should be able to deny ones ability to refuse medical treatment when they are determined to be one of the following:

  • Injured individual was found unconscious at some point or another.
  • The injuries present on casualty are life threatening.
  • The injured individual is declared threat to themselves by law enforcement officers.

Those who refuse medical assistance would be forced to comply by Law Enforcement Officer and can be charged with failure to comply with the Fire Department.

This enhances role-play by ensuring those with gunshot wounds can’t up and walk away during treatment, and that scenes can actually be role-played out.

The failed legislation can be viewed here:

I urge congress to re-introduce this bill (if not a similar one), to enhance the Stapleton County Fire Department operations.

Thanks,
SouthernMorality.
