Payment Bonuses for time you work with a department would enhance the committment to a department as well give appreciate to staying in one department.
Every 1-2 months, department employees would get bonuses from their occupation based on how long they have served.

More scripting for an already Script heavy place. Lets put this as not a current priority, but still keep the idea.
Have it so that once however many months of service, lets say 2 Months of service, you receive an actual Roblox Badge, and if you have that badge and are on team, you get that bonus.
