I’m here today to propose that DOT and DPW public employees and senior public employees get paid more. DOBW gets paid 27 dollars base. DOT, on the other hand, gets paid 19 dollars base.
Arguably, DOT is the more important department considering most of Firestone does not own a large boat. Me and others wish that this gap be closed, in order to give a higher incentive for DOT and DPW to be active and be proficient at their jobs.
I believe that payment should be split into () different groups in Firestone.
These groups of positions would create a rough idea of how much each different type of service should be paid in Firestone.

It’s a starter dept, if you want more money then get a second job and maybe do post/ffa/fite if you want those certifications to get a primary department? (FNG is voluntary but you still need a fite certification in order to be in FNG)
