Offensive depends on context. It wasn’t used in a way that would offend someone. If I had censored it, the city would have an excuse to conduct an incomplete search.

I believe this candidate simply would do more harm than good for our lovely Redwood City Council. Despite some RPD Officers having issues with DPS here and there, it is going to happen mainly because they are surrounded by criminals 24/7 so there is more room for mistake. Also, I do not know what you mean by “ensure that citizens are treated fairly.” RPD is fair to every single citizen the same way every other department is fair to every citizen. Mayor Donxld also has already introduced new ideas and a sytem to better form alliances with municipal and state departments. I believe an individual who has spent most of their time in a department that almost gets little to no action should not have huge room to speak on how a LEO department needs to operate or how it should operate.
