Do you have any experience? What are some plans that you have?
Who are you? What legislative experience do you have? What are your plans if elected? What goals do you hope to achieve?
These are all good things to talk about in a speech if you want to be elected.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Create a longer speech with ideas, opinions, qualifications, etc. It will greatly improve your chances in the long run. No support for now. Best of luck
