Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I have decided to return back into politics. Prior to my consideration for Senate, I have been a councilman for the District of Prominence for one term. As for my job experience, I had been a Correctional Officer twice prior and returned a third time to which I am now a Senior Corrections Officer. In addition, I had been a POST Instructor 3 times, and currently I serve as a Lieutenant for the Firestone State Patrol and I currently serve as a Staff Sergeant for the Firestone National Guard.
Now that you know my past experiences, I will explain my agenda.
- I intend to draft legislation that will benefit the wellbeing of Firestone. In addition, my office is open and will be open 24/7 for ideas concerning legislation.
- As a content creator, I enjoy interacting with the public and I will continue to do so by attending events whether big or small because my fellow citizens matter to me.
- As a Senator, I understand that one of my duties will be to determine whether other legislation drafted will be effective. With that said, I would like to learn more about the piece of legislation so I can get a better understanding on whether or not the piece was written to benefit this great state or not. In addition, I understand my role will include determining whether or not nominees are actually fit for the role that they have been nominated for. I tend to be very picky on who I think will be beneficial for the department he or she may represent and I will keep that standard on every nominee that enters the floor.
In conclusion, I plan to help Firestone be a better state whether through interacting with the public or drafting or deciding on legislation.
