I have proposed a bill that would allow the parks service to serve as a law enforcement agency and to also allow for the governor to set up, by EO, the department.
This bill, if passed, with be a round-a-bout way to the solution you desire.

please learn your facts, sir. we are waiting on the supposed Executive Order from Governor Ash1835. Congress isn’t needing to do anything as we speak in regards to parks service that we have not already done. Senator Chris has proposed a bill for the parks service from what I’ve been told.
