Make v3 Abourfeild a full industrial area

Lets start off. I think Abourfeild should be a industrial area because most of FS has forest and city.

I think this would be perfect. I’d love to see something like this with some “open” warehouses that criminals can hang out in/around and hide from police in!

This would be cool alongside the power plant. Also, the train tracks lead directly past Arborfield. While freight trains are not going to happen, it’s still nice as it fits with the theme of industrial.
