PREAMBLE: To formally create a record of the entirety of Firestone and its history.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: The Firestone Library of Congress shall hereby be established.
SECTION II: The Firestone Library of Congress shall be a public record of any documents, records, events, persons, and anything further that holds any cultural, political, and social importance to the history of the State.
SECTION III: The Firestone Library of Congress shall be created and managed by the Firestone Department of State who shall regularly maintain the public record to ensure accuracy and relevance.
SECTION IV: This shall go into effect immediately upon passing the required constitutional process.
