Firestone truly needs to to crack down on Traffic laws. I believe noobs with cars are worse than Sam or Frankie with a gun.

Reckless Driving: Act of intentionally disregarding the rules of the road.

1st Offense: $50 - $150
2nd Offense: $200 - $300
3rd Offense: $350 -or- Arrestable (100 - 250 Seconds)

(No true point in the dangerous driving law as Reckless Driving/Dangerous are the same.)

Drift Burnouts: The act of drifting with a motor vehicle, potentially endangering the public, with doing a burnout; causes smoke to evolve that which could block the view of other drivers passing by.

1st Offense: $100
2nd Offense: $200
3rd Offense+: $300

[This also makes drifting illegal in parking lots.]

Illegal Parking:

  • Parking in a handicap space with no permit.
  • Parking in the road or on the sidewalk causing obstruction.
  • Parking where a sign doesn’t allow. (I.e. “No parking”)
  • Failure to park in between the white spaced lines when nearby. (Parking Spaces)
[Can’t park in the street or off road if a parking space is near.]

1st Offense: $50 - $100
2nd Offense: $110 - $150
3rd Offense: $160 - $200
4th Offense+: $250

Oh, and remove ‘warnings’ from citations altogether. We as law enforcement have no way of knowing if someone has received a warning for an offense or not, and apparently there’s an issue when we use a regular ticket and make notation of ‘1st offense warning’ on it. Plus, if you violated the law, there shouldn’t be a warning mandated by law anyway. Warnings are supposed to be a matter of officer discretion.

Another possible Idea:

Evasion by Motor Vehicle (Felony): the act of fleeing the scene of a crime one has committed by motor vehicle endangering the public.

Punishment: 400 - 600 Seconds

Evasion (Misdemeanor): the act of fleeing the scene of a crime one has committed by foot, bicycle, etc.

Punishment: 200 - 400 Seconds

Legislation is being created to make Reckless Driving a arrest able offense.

You could do how the disorderly conduct bill is written, where it is both able to be enforced by fine as well as arrest.

I can help too, could you share the bill with me?

As I have prioritized making reckless driving a arrest able offense, I will notify you when I get working on the new other legislation and send a rough draft to you for opinion.

Stalking is already illegal btw

I never said anything about stalking…what are you talking about?

Following to Closely is a traffic violation, not stalking, which we already have as Tailgating.
