He might not want to write a speech but he has heavy experience. He’s been employed in many places. I also believe that just as he doesn’t put any long speech doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be considered.

I assure you, this is far from a joke. Seeing of how much of a joke the government has been, I feel as if it’s time to come in a get someone new. Writing all these plans will surly never get done. That’s what happens with half the people who write speeches.
It’s better to form the plans while on the job and if I don’t get things done, then I know to never run for the position again.
