How do you plan on ensuring an active cabinet?
You have many plans and programs you wish to implement within your time as Governor. How do you plan to implement these programs and how do you overall plan on being active within the State?
What executive orders do you plan on issuing? How will they benefit the state?
If you came into conflict with the founder, how do you plan on resolving conflict with him?

The cabinet remains active by ensuring open communication and collaboration between all members. As the Governor, I have made it a priority to regularly meet with members of my cabinet as necessary, provide them with suggestions on improvement, and allow freewill on setting their departments up as they please. I encourage my cabinet members to take ownership of their respective departments and to work towards achieving common goals. I believe that having an active cabinet is essential for effective governance and I am committed to maintaining a collaborative and productive relationship with my cabinet members. I will continue all my efforts in having an active cabinet, as it is essential.

A program I spoke about within this manifesto is the internship program. The internship program will be under the Governor’s Office, managed by the Governor’s Chief of Staff. Applications will be open to the public, where a handful of interns will be chosen. This program will allow individuals to gain an insight into the functions of the Executive Branch itself, from day-to-day operations, to handling press and meetings and much more.

Interns will be assigned to work closely with various offices and departments within the Executive Branch, based on their qualifications. They will receive guidance from experienced staff members and have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge that will benefit them in their future careers.

I believe that this internship program will not only benefit the interns themselves, but also the Executive Branch and the State of Firestone as a whole. It will allow us to tap into a pool of diverse perspectives, and create a stronger, more transparent and effective government.

I am glad to say I am within a small group of governors that has not come into a direct conflict with the Founder. As a matter of fact, the Founder has actually assisted in certain occasions, though has not shown objections to anything.
- However, should a conflict arise, I am committed to approaching it with a solution-oriented mindset, and working towards a resolution that is in the best interest of the people of Firestone. It is important to maintain a respectful relationship with the Founder for various of reasons, while also fulfilling my responsibilities as the Governor to represent and serve the people of Firestone.

I do not believe Firestone is dying, though also would not suggest that Firestone is at its peak, in terms of activity. The peak of Firestone was a while ago, and at this time Firestone maintains a steady player base. Within the realm that I can control, the Executive Branch, I am always ensuring that our departments remain active and our employees remain active.

On a leave of absence due to real life affairs, whilst the department remains active and continues to do its duties.

The department ain’t doing it’s duties to stop the gang.
It would be really cool if there was a law that let the FBI define a gang as a gang to help stop them. Sorta like the RICO act we have, only if your cabinet was active enough to do something that takes 5 minutes.

It is important to recognize that taking action against a gang is not a simple task that can be accomplished in just five minutes. It requires careful consideration and collaboration among experts in the State Security Council, and it is not fair to imply that a cabinet member’s inactivity in a certain situation indicates a lack of effort or concern; nor does not RICOing a gang show inactivity. Director Bjohn is one of the brightest security experts, who remains committed to lead the FBI.
Appropriate action was taken to decrease gang activity: which has been a success. I have said, if further action needs to be taken, it will, though at this time we have seen a significant decrease in gang activity. The safety of citizens is a top priority.
