JayhawkBosun for Senate

That’s correct. I’ve served in numerous ro-nations as a Representative, Senator, and Cabinet member. The most important position I’ve held (in my opinion) was serving as a Secretary of State in a 40k USA that sadly died around 2018, however most of my legislative experience comes from smaller communities of ro-nations and states/municipalities.

I’ll be putting more planning and thinking into the idea, but if I am elected I’ll try communicating with POST/FFA Administration to see if there’s anything that could be worked out.

Good idea, but this needs to be a decision from the POST administration and not from a legislator. We need to have our flexibility.

In addition, your behavior at POST tiers consistently speaks a different image of yourself. I certainly do not want my academy to be imposed additional regulations and scrutiny by someone who fails to properly conduct themselves at POST tiers. How do you expect to not make the Senate look like a joke, as you have with the academy?

The only time I can recall messing around was around 2 months ago which I then stopped. I was recently tier banned by Sym for “messing around” when an Instructor and 2 other certs including myself were helping with hostage/breaching scenarios and we were dressed as British soldiers. Sym banned me for doing the soldier stuff I presume but I did not see the 2 other people get banned for it. Right before I was banned for “messing around” the same person who banned me is seen also fooling around here: https://medal.tv/clips/52986071/d1337qkMYExb

We were also “marching” and arrived to the range, and then the associate director only targets me out of the entire crowd saying “I’m going to tier ban you jay.” https://medal.tv/clips/52986078/d1337IPS61e6

Although I’ve seen many cases of friends of POST Staff do things similar and get away with it, I’ll be sure to not do this again.

You can redirect additional conduct issues to me in DMs. The other staff member will be handled by my Head Instructor, and I will talk to the Director regarding Sym.

whats lowering the jail time for evidence tampering gonna do? it wont stop people from being arrested for unintentionally picking up money, and the smart LEOs can just stack tampering and OOJ in order to still add up 900 seconds

You’re right that it won’t stop people from being arrested for unintentionally picking up money, but it will help reduce the long sentence for something small. My idea is to base time off how much evidence is destroyed/tampered with.

why is it the job of the legislative branch to enact a policy of an academy in the executive branch

one of my goals is for this to happen, not necessarily by creating legislation, but rather communicating with academy command and the executive branch

I disagree what you are trying to achieve here. No one should be forced to take a medical course because you are annoyed about it, it should stay as a option giving the right to POST cadets to whether take the course to begin a bit of medical or just not at all begin in the field. Removing the right from cadets to have a option to choose is quite baffling to me and good luck even trying to do that bucko cause I don’t think you can even make a law to mandate law enforcement officers or POST cadets to take a medical course removing the right for them to choose. Also, the day you get into senate is the day that this state falls below standards for Senators.

I stated in previous comments what I’d do instead of “mandating it” after some talks with others, and that instead I’d like to try to work with FFA and POST to get the EMR program running.
