In the afternoon of March 25th, 2018 held this case, regarding Article Two, Section Nine of the State Constitution. This was regarding if the Chief of Staff is, or isn’t a cabinet position. The court ruled unanimously that it is in fact one, although not managing a department but acting in an administrative fashion.
