Infantry Cap Making you Smile

The Problem:
When putting on the infantry cap, along with the cap, there is an overlapping default smile face that is put on over your face.

Expected Result:
No overlapping smile over your face.

Reproduction Steps:
Go on the Firestone National Guard Team, go to the locker, and equip the Infantry cap.
