An Impeachment
of Lieutenant Governor Hecxtro
IN THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
§1: INDIVIDUAL “Hecxtro” shall be defined as: Hecxtro - Roblox
§1.1: RATIONALE “Hecxtro” shall be impeached and removed from office for committing five (5) counts of Negligent Homicide as defined by Chapter 2 of the Firestone Criminal Code, §4. Withal, in accordance with 1 F.S.C. 17, the Constitution’s jurisdiction and state laws apply to all places within the State of Firestone.
§1.2: EVIDENCE The evidence shall be as follows:
Exhibit A: - YouTube - This piece of evidence reveals a video that shows “Hecxtro”, as shown by timestamp 0:06, giving himself a deadly weapon, and then proceeding to cause the death of five (5) individuals.
Exhibit B: Screenshot by Lightshot - Additionally, this screenshot further goes to show the identity of “Hecxtro” who subsequently caused the death of five (5) individuals.

In essence, the evidence portrays Lieutenant Governor Hecxtro unlawfully taking the lives of (5) individuals with reasonable malice due to the fact that he utilizes his admin privileges to acquire a ‘sword’ weapon, which can inflict death on another person(s). Furthermore, it can be concluded that his movements present the ‘gross negligence’ pursuant to the currently defined ‘Negligent Homicide’ as he takes no measure to avoid swinging the lethal melee weapon, instead ruthlessly claims the lives of other congresspeople without proper justification.
§2: LEGISLATIVE MEASURES This impeachment and removal if passed by both chambers as pursuant to Article I, §XII of the State of Firestone Constitution, the Founder of the State of Firestone, the Governor of the State of Firestone, and the Congress of the State of Firestone shall be responsible for enforcing this impeachment and removal.
§3: IMPEACHMENT MEASURES The above impeachment shall be proposed to the House of Representatives, and if passed, it shall be delivered to the Senate to convict or acquit as pursuant to Article I, §XII of the State of Firestone Constitution.
