No. While Rockport was successful at having multiple populated servers in multiple cities. That was because they were easier to construct than the cities made today. After all, they were made in 2010, with the Robloxian population having low expectations - due to low quality games in the community. He still made nice cities, but I am sure it would not take as long today to rebuild those cities, compared to todays Firestone. That is because people’s expectations have increased, thus the quality of building and building tools by roblox have gotten better.
All in all, what I mean is the devs are not going to spend time building 2 or 3 counties!
